24 squats for 24 days challenge to raise awareness for Diabetes. About 24,000 people with diabetes die every year due to lack of awareness. This is a small way to raise awareness for that issue.
3 simple rules:
* Once you are nominated your 24 days start the following day.
* Every day you record yourself doing 24 squats. It may be difficult, but try your best and put your spin on it. Make it fun, ok.
* Every day you must nominate a different person. Think of people who have the guts and will do it for the right reason.
