Whether “Eat better” was one of your resolutions or not you will find this workshop very interesting. Local resident Pandy Arthur is keen to share her knowledge and experience of making and eating fermented foods that are vegan, gluten free and paleo diet friendly.
Pandy will demonstrate how to make Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Kvass, milk and water kefir as well as describe how to make Kombucha. Participants will then have the chance to make their own sauerkraut and kimchi to take home. There will be a discussion around the health benefits of fermented foods, answers to all your questions and the opportunity to taste. You will also be gifted some kefir granules and a kombucha scoby.

IMPORTANT — Please bring along two large, empty jars (similar size to coffee jars). Please also bring two additional clean jam jars to take home samples.
