Join me every Tuesday and Friday at the beautiful Love yoga studio for an hour of hatha yoga and sound relaxation. We will explore a range of postures and breathing exercises before we emerge into the sounds of bowls and other sound modalities. Sound can improve and transform physical and emotional states. It can restore balance, bringing a sense of tranquility and calmness. Sound is an invitation to connect your body, heart, and spirit as one. As everything in nature is in a state of vibration, thus, sound can be understood as that vibration.
