Come and indulge in 120 minutes of supported relaxation and restoration.
In this workshop we will explore how this gentle practice can complement your yang yoga practice and allow you to take time out from your busy day to day life.
Yin and Restorative Yoga target the supportive structure of the body by giving you time to work deep into the connective tissue and creating time and space to calm the mind and nervous system.
What to expect:
We will start the class with some slow flowing movements to bring us into the breath before moving into some longer holds of between 2 to 10 minutes. These extended holds will allow the body to settle and soften into the asana inviting a deeper release. We will then allow the body to take deep rest in some restorative postures before finishing the class with a Yoga Nidra practice to help you further relax and unwind.
Bolsters and blankets will be provided to help bring a little more luxury and support into the practice.
You will leave feeling revitalised and relaxed.
