Personal Trainer and owner of SCPT, Stacey Cruickshank will be launching her first ever female only lifting workshop with a focus on executing the correct & safe technique in the gym.
Stacey will be going through all the main compound lifts – including setting up and execution of the following:
•Strict overhead press
•Pull/chin up progressions
• additional accessory lifts which are favourites of Stacey’s such as lunge, row and hip thrust variations.
The event will include:
• 2 hour technique camp – demonstrations by Stacey followed by a chance to practice your lifts under Stacey’s coaching at Results Gym.
• Q&A on weight training
• 2 months of discounted online coaching with Stacey
