Mindfulness and Meditation Sessions will help you intergrate mindfulness into your life as well as practice meditation each week during our sessions.
Each week we will look through different angles of understanding of mindful living and will learn about different types of meditation to help you absorb the mindfulness for your everyday life as well as find the meditation method that may suits you best.
For those who are familiar with mindfulness and/or meditation, this is an opportunity to practice it weekly and enjoy the collective energy of peace and calm that would be created during the session.
You can book yourself for 4 lessons throughout this period or 8 weeks. Drop in is allowed, however we recommend to take at least a few classes to get a feel for meditation and mindfulness practice, as it takes time to adopt to a routine.
Period: from 04th of October till 25th of October
Days & Times: Thursdays, 6pm
Location: Aberdeen Wellbeing Center
Sessions will be taking place at Aberdeen Wellbeing Center, every Thursday at 6pm. Please note that duration of one session may vary from 40 to 60mins. Also please make sure to come 5-10min before the start of the session for everyone's convenience.
Blankets, mats and pillows are provided. However feel free to bring your own, if you'd prefer so.
Fee for a session — £7;
Block of 4 sessions — £25
Drop in session is paid at the class. Make sure you've got cash with you, as there is no card reader available for payment
